Not worth having.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very poor shelf lay out. Had an issue with it going into demand mode and freezer stopped.

Very modern but not durable

A 7 months or so into use, the fridge stated to have cooling and water leaking issues. I temporarily fixed the cooling issues by resetting the thermostat every few months until the second year of use when the need for resetting became more frequent and finally, the freezer stopped cooling. Samsung did provide the r option of sending a repair technician, but the fees and costs of repair likely are going to be more expensive than buying a new fridge. All my other Samsung products (I bought all my kitchen appliances and washer/dryer with this fridge) are working well, however I am afraid of having the same issue with another small Samsung fridge and I will buy a new fridge from a different manufacturer. Samsung as always did provide great customer service but my fridge’s warranty already expired and not much can be done at this point.

Bad quality of the material

Material Stanley steel preset bad, very easy to scratch and to make dent. Pretty big shape but small inside, does not have water filter for the ice maker and they suggest on the purchase to buy a filter and when I realized it does not have a filter was late to return and I lost my money. I don’t recommend any appliance of this brand.

Perfect fit

Small but convenient

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had this for about a month. I use it in the basement and needed a small enough refrigerator to fit through the doorway. It is small on the inside and can quickly be filled up if you aren’t mindful in your organizing. I have always used Samsung appliances for the past 8 years and never had any issues. I don’t see any with this one either.

Counter depth refrigerator

Happy with one exception

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought it last month and am happy so far with one exception. It is very difficult to store a gallon of milk on a shelf. It barely fits on the middle shelf and the shelf above it must be lifted slightly to get the container in/out. Literature says it can fit Gallon in the door but that is NOT optimal.

Perfect refrigerator! No issues after 1.5 years.

We did a huge amount of research before getting this fridge. Note, back in 2023, a lot of the reviews for this fridge was pretty bad, ranging from compressor issues, thin metal, and icing issues... we were so concerned that we even bought the 4 year extended warranty. We’ve had this fridge for 1.5 years now and have had zero issues with this fridge. We love everything about this fridge!! The size is one of the biggest four door fridges. Make sure you have professionals do the delivery and make sure you properly prepare and clear the route! It just barely fit through our front door. Don’t get your relative to do the moving, that’s just going to damage it. I’m under the impression that Samsung is getting an unfairly bad review for this model. If I was to nitpick about some minor details that could be improved, I’d say the ice maker needs to have some way to automatically stop making ice, we’ve had several times when it made too much ice and spilled over into the rest of the fridge.

Simple with Seamless Installation

No problems so far

I bought this fridge in March 2023 and it works without any problems so far. Especially I like the Wifi feature, when the doors are left open more than 2 min it notifies you on your phone and it sends you the daily kwh usage at a set time to your phone too. But I wouldn't say it's fingerprint-resistant at all.
