As you may be aware, installations and delivery of appliances can be difficult and challenging. For this reason, we created our Constant Care Delivery & Installation service. This service is a convenient option for you to contact us with anything that you may need so we can get it resolved right away.

What Happens Next?

A Constant Care Counselor will be assigned to your order and will do the following:

  1. Review your order for accuracy and availability.
  2. Coordinate purchasing of product and logistics to our warehouse based on your date requirements.
  3. Call or email you with scheduling details of a pre-site visit for delivery and installation.
  4. Confirm your desired date and time of delivery.
  5. Monitor the entire Installation and Delivery process.

Factory Certified Installation

We can arrange delivery and install on everything that we sell (with the exception of plumbing) and ensure that your appliance installation is done according to all local codes and regulations.. We also can offer some custom modification installation on replacements.

Pre-Site for Delivery Only

BSC Culinary will conduct a pre-site inspection prior to most deliveries to evaluate access into the home or office and ensure a smooth delivery process. This courtesy service allows us to assess pathways, entry points, and any potential obstacles that may impact getting the product into the space efficiently.

Any required upgrades, modifications, or corrections to existing conditions are the responsibility of the homeowner. A qualified third-party contractor may be required, as BSC Culinary does not perform these services.

Pre-Site Inspections for Installations

BSC Culinary will conduct a pre-site inspection prior to most deliveries and installations. This service is designed to ensure your new appliance fits properly and that the installation process runs smoothly.

Our pre-site team will take detailed measurements and evaluate existing conditions. The Constant Care team will then review and confirm all measurements and notes to help ensure accuracy and coordination.

During the pre-site, we assess current installation conditions “under the hood,” including how the existing setup functions, how the new appliance will integrate, and any third-party elements—such as cabinetry, utilities, or required modifications—that may impact installation.

Any necessary upgrades or corrections are the responsibility of the homeowner. A qualified third-party contractor may be required, as BSC Culinary does not perform these services.

You can track the current status of your order, including backorder status and the expected shipping date to our warehouse, using our customer portal.

In addition, We will deliver your product without contact, delivery personnel will place packages at a customer's door and return to their vehicle after knocking or ringing the doorbell, with the retailer noted in the release.
