The new M Touch display is simple to operate and self-explanatory. The appliances can be operated quickly and intuitively by tapping or swiping on the display. Perfect results: to make sure that your meal is cooked exactly as you want it, the lowest temperature of your food is always measured. You can position the thermometer at any of the four measuring points. This means that even flat steaks, for example, are cooked to perfection – a real treat for meat lovers. There is also a time left display and the practical storage space for added convenience.

Certain applications in daily life in the kitchen only work perfectly if a particular temperature is chosen or a particular climate is present in the cooking compartment. So, for example, letting dough rise or dehydrating fruit.
Miele ovens are cooled on all sides. This keeps the control panel and handle areas as well as adjacent cabinetry relatively cool. The multi-layer panels insulate the oven door effectively and ensure a lower temperature on the outside of the door, providing greater safety and protection against burns.
The appliance can be locked to prevent unintentional operation, for instance by children. A Miele Oven will also automatically switch off if the maximum operating time is exceeded. Should you forget to switch off the appliance, safety is guaranteed.
