One Touch Temperature Control
Mingle with your guests; do not slave over the grill. Every Memphis grill is equipped with a digital food probe that displays the internal temperature of whatever you are cooking on the grill. You can program the probe with your desired internal temperature. When the food reaches the temperature, it will automatically reduce the grill temperature to the lowest setting. The result? Perfectly cooked food without constant grill monitoring.
