Janne Mahan
Executive Director Of Culinary Arts &
Celebrity Chef La Chefemme
Janne's extensive background in foods, nutrition
and kitchen equipment is a perfect meld of experience for her role as
Culinary Director at Atherton Appliance & Kitchens. Her initial training
as a dietitian and home economist specializing in kitchen equipment with
both residential and commercial application led to a teaching career and
her own cooking schools in both St. Louis and California. At Atherton
Appliance & Kitchens she integrates her appliance expertise with our
customers' cooking expectations. Janne helped establish the Atherton Cooking
School, which adds proficiency and panache to our Atherton students' culinary
portfolios. Janne's mission statement is to help our customers maximize
the features of the appliances they select, and to fulfill their culinary
expectations and potential. Janne's years of culinary experience gives
Atherton Appliance & Kitchens the extra dimension that our client's
deserve. Janne is also known as La Chefemme a name was given years ago,
for her elegance and style in the kitchen. La Chefemme has done several
celebrity cooking demonstrations over the past years as is getting ready
to release her first cookbook by the end of the 2003. You can contact
